Refund & Return Policy

At Pashmina Paradise, every product is carefully made by artisans. We take extra care in packaging and shipping, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Return Window & Condition

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original tags/packaging intact.

  • Returns are only accepted for:

    • Wrong item received

    • Defective or damaged product

Return Process

  1. Customers must email us at support@pashminaparadise.com within 2 days with order details and photos/unboxing video as proof.

  2. Once approved, we will arrange the return pickup.

  3. Products must be packed properly and handed over to the courier partner.

  4. All returned items go through a quality check. Customers will be informed of approval/rejection within 2 business days of receiving the item.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Customers will be notified via email once the refund is issued.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.

Exclusions

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Change of mind, likes/dislikes, or size issues (please check the size chart before ordering).

    • Sale or clearance items (End-of-Season Sale, Stock Clearance, etc.).

    • Minor variations in color, texture, or embellishment, as these are natural to handmade products.

  • Do not accept delivery if the parcel seal is broken or packaging is damaged. Such consignments cannot be returned.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by calling us at +91 92115 67223.

  • Fraudulent or suspicious orders may be cancelled by Pashmina Paradise.
