🚚 Shipping and Delivery
At Pashmina Paradise , we offer free shipping across India on all orders. Your product(s) will typically be delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the location and courier partner availability.
Before processing your payment, your address and PIN code will be verified. If your location is not serviceable, we’ll reach out to request an alternative shipping address. Pashmina Paradise is not liable for non-delivery to areas outside our delivery network.
For multiple items purchased in a single order, we aim to ship everything together, but some products may ship separately due to size, availability, or logistics. All products will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout. To ship to different addresses, please place separate orders.

We currently ship only within India. Pashmina Paradise partners with trusted courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery to most locations.

- If you're unavailable, we’ll notify you via SMS or email. We’ll make 3 attempts before canceling the order.
- Pashmina Paradise reserves the right to cancel any order suspected to be fraudulent.

- Remote location constraints
We’ll coordinate with our shipping partners and keep you informed in such rare situations.

🔁 Returns & Quality Concerns
If there's a quality issue, contact us within 1 days of receiving your order.
- Once a product is accepted on delivery, returns will not be accepted, except for approved quality-related concerns.
- In such cases, you’ll need to return the item via Speed Post, and we’ll reimburse the shipping cost in the form of Pashmina Paradise Credits for future purchases.
- We currently do not offer reverse pickup.
🎨 Custom/Handmade Product Returns
For handcrafted, made-to-order, or size-specific products, returns are not accepted unless there’s a genuine defect. If returned for personal reasons, to-and-fro shipping costs will apply.
💳 Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
Refunds (after verification) will be processed within 4 weeks, with a 5% deduction to cover payment gateway fees.
💰 No Hidden Charges
All prices listed on Pashmina Paradise .in are inclusive of all applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees. Any octroi or local entry taxes will need to be paid by the customer, if applicable.
📦 Open or Tampered Packages
If your package appears opened or tampered, do not accept it. Report the issue to us immediately for a replacement. We cannot accept tampering claims after delivery is confirmed.
